Make Coyote Valley your private venue. Reserve a section of the course or close the entire valley for your corporate event, fundraiser, or private gathering. Either way, private instructors, equipment and hospitality are built around your day.

Every event is different, so closures are quoted individually. Speak with our Event Coordinator and we'll have a quote drawn up for your date, group size and format.
Planning a personal outing, a birthday, a bachelor party, or a few friends? Group Instruction is usually the better fit for small private groups.
Two Places to Connect
Main Picnic Area
Amongst giant oaks, our main picnic area is the gathering place for the larger events. With many features, the picnic area can be used for events big and small. From a full company, to an awards presentation, or even a fundraiser sit-down after tournament play, the picnic area is a great place for people to connect.
The Patio
The back patio sits just outside the Pro Shop, with table and chair seating and a relaxed bistro feel. It is where most groups end up for lunch or a drink straight off the course, and is usually available on a first come, first served basis. Take the whole patio for your event, or reserve a section of it.
Both venues are $9.50 per person. The picnic area carries a $200 minimum; the patio has no minimum. Events running after regular business hours carry an hourly surcharge. Email info@coyoteclays.com with your date and headcount and we will confirm your total.
